5.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bagus77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5.3 Account Information Updates. You are required to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered email address or mobile number must be verified before taking effect.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bagus77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within the Player's account deposit section.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted after successful KYC verification are typically processed within 5 minutes. bagus77 does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by third-party payment provider delays, banking maintenance windows, or additional security reviews. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that was previously used for deposit, where technically possible.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus rollover requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity. bagus77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

6.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts (accounts not registered in the Player's name) are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by bagus77 are subject to specific bonus terms that must be read and understood before claiming. The general terms below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Wagering / Rollover Requirements. Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover"). This requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 10x rollover requires RM1,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. When a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per wager is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

7.4 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute to rollover at different rates. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 10–20%, sports betting wagers may contribute at varying rates. 7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period within which the rollover requirement must be completed. Unused bonus amounts and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion.

7.6 Bonus Abuse. bagus77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, placing equal and opposite bets to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, or participating in coordinated wagering with other Players.

7.7 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. bagus77 reserves the right to verify that no more than one welcome bonus has been claimed by any individual or household.

8.1 Game Results. All game outcomes on bagus77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer play conducted in licensed studio environments, as applicable. The results of all completed wagers are final and cannot be reversed or challenged by the Player except in the event of a documented technical error.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, disconnection, or technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, bagus77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. bagus77 accepts no liability for winings that would have been generated had the technical error not occurred.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets are subject to separate sport-specific rules, which govern event cancellation, postponement, void bets, and settlement procedures. Where an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules as published on the Platform.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or market. bagus77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

8.5 Insufficient Funds. Wagers cannot be placed if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. bagus77 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate funds in their account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagus77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting any material fact to bagus77;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of criminal activity. bagus77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;

13.2 bagus77 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

13.3 bagus77 shall not be liable for losses arising from: circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions); delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers; or a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bagus77's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14.1 Closure by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available balance from your account. Accounts with outstanding bonus rollover requirements at the time of closure may have bonus funds removed from the balance.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by bagus77. bagus77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Player account identified as belonging to a person under the age of 21;
• Compliance with any legal obligation, court order, or regulatory instruction.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Where an account is closed as a result of a material breach of these Terms, bagus77 reserves the right to withold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, available balance (net of any voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bagus77 Platform shall first be submitted to the bagus77 customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints process.

Players located in Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. bagus77 makes no representations that the Platform or its content is appropriate for or available in any particular jurisdiction.

bagus77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — bagus77 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via email to the Player's registered email address or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, formatting corrections, or changes to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
